Aparently this animal is for real. I found the picture in a "Billiken", an argentinean magazine, from 1947.

Aparently this animal is for real. I found the picture in a "Billiken", an argentinean magazine, from 1947.

Efectivamente, ese que sale en la foto es el menor de los Pichiciego. Eran varios hermanos, todos medios choros y con la extra?a afición de disfrazarse de cosas raras. Elsita, que además de ser la mayor era la única chica, se la pasaba disfrazada de yiro.
Hasta donde yo sé tuvieron que pirarse del barrio por un par de fulerías grosas que hizo Ernestito, el que era rengo. Creo que ahora viven en Sarandí.

?No doubt, pictured here is the youngest of the Pichiciegos. They were several siblings, all of them somewhat delinquent and suffering from an urge to dress up as peculiar characters. The eldest, Elsita, was the only girl and spent her life dressed up as a whore. My understanding is that they all had to flee the neighbourhood because of some sizeable misdemeanours of Ernestito, who walked with crutches. I think they now live in Sarandí.?
???Con la vieja no!!!...ah, era con la hermana...entonces no pasa nada, está todo bien.

Sin lugar a dudas en Chile asistieron muchos de estos bichos raros a la elección presidencial, algunos intentando llegar a la Moneda disfrazados y con "pelaje" ajeno. Diciendo que defienden a los Pueblos Originarios comprando sus islas a precio de "huevo" para declararlas " Santuario de la Naturaleza" y por lo mismo expulsar a todos sus due?os.
Este es un bicho raro pero en Chile hay sufucientes como para exportar.
